Why we built this
Adult life doesn't put you in front of new people the way it used to, and the modern alternatives, social platforms and dating apps, weren't built for friendship. There are people in your own city, your neighborhood, the places you travel, who you'd genuinely get along with, but finding them is left almost entirely to chance.
For most of my adult life I've been making introductions by hand. Hosting rooms, convening dinners, putting strangers into the same conversations. The thing I kept noticing was how often the right two people never end up in the same room, and how much it changes both their lives when they do. Rovana is that instinct, at scale.
